CyberLiver Private Limited (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the www.cyberliver.com and provide APIs to partner Apps (the “Service”).

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.

1. What information do we collect and use?
a. While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, phone number and postal address (“Personal Information”).
b. We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries, processing your subscriptions/purchases, and improving our services.
c. We may also collect information that your browser or App sends whenever you use our Service. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, mobile UDID, geo-localisation data, and other statistics.

5. Compliance With Laws
a. In addition to the Company’s safeguards your personal data is protected by the Data Protection Act. This provides amongst other things that the data we hold about you should be processed lawfully and fairly. It should be accurate, relevant and not excessive. You have the right to see what is held about you and correct any inaccuracies.

Links to other websites: Whilst cyberliver.com makes every effort to provide you with links to other high quality, reputable websites, these websites are not under cyberliver.com day to day control. When you click through to these websites, or any other website not wholly owned by us, you leave the area controlled by us. We cannot accept responsibility for any issues arising in connection with their use of your information, the website content or the services offered to our customers by these websites. We advise you to consult the Privacy Policy on each website to see how each supplier may process your information.

8. Children’s Privacy
c. Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
d. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 18 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
